Guam Communications Network is pleased to announce its 2006 Tan Chong Padula Scholarship Program.   Scholarship awards will be made to individuals of Chamorro ancestry who have the desire to pursue higher education, who have demonstrated the greatest financial need and who have exemplified outstanding kindness, generosity, and compassion through community involvement.  The scholarship program has two award categories:  1) current year high school graduates; and 2) continuing students.  The deadline for submission of the scholarship application is April 28, 2006. 

A copy of the 2006 scholarship guidelines and application form are enclosed for your review and dissemination into the community. 

The completed and signed application with all the required documents are due at GCN on Friday, April 28, 2006, by 3:00pm.  Incomplete and/or late applications will not be considered.   Please be sure that all applicants use the following application check list to ensure that all required forms and documents are included in their submittal package.
