These Chamorro/English children's books are a dream come true for a retired educator and active author of many Chamorro songs, choreographer, and music/song writer.

Announcing the publication of her first set of Chamorro/English children's books can be used as a teaching tool or as a bedtime story. These stories will help those children or parents who wish to learn Chamorro through these beautifully illustrated and written stories.

"Mama Ling" as Dolores Ichihara Marciano is known on the island of Saipan, has brought the Chamorro culture back into our lives through her hard work of story telling, dance, music, poems, lullabies, chants, and many more. Along side her, is also Carmen Songsong Taimañao who also published her first set of Chamorro/English children's books.
